Returns Policy
Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to limit or exclude any liability, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we will exchange or refund any unopened and unused products, excluding clearance stock, cuts/made to measure, mixed or special order items, returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, with the original sales receipt/documentation and a detailed description of why you are returning the products.
A restocking fee will be applied to products returned. The minimum charge is $30 or 10% of the purchase price (excl GST) whichever is larger providing product is returned within 30 days of purchase. The minimum charge is $60 or 20% of the purchase price (excl GST) whichever is larger if product is returned outside of the 30 day period.
Faulty and damaged products
You must check each product upon delivery to determine if the product is faulty or damaged.
Where you believe that a product is faulty or damaged you must advise us as soon as possible, and where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, you must do so within 3 days from the date of delivery.
We may ask you to return the product to us or where the product is sold with a separate manufacturer’s warranty and the product is still under warranty we may ask you to return the product to the manufacturer directly.
You must co-operate with us and provide us with any information or assistance we require to allow us to investigate any claim that a product is faulty or damaged.
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the Act and this policy shall be read subject to the Act.
In all other cases, provided that the product is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we determine that the product is faulty or damaged as a consequence of any act or omission by us or the manufacturer or our respective agents, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or issue a credit for the price paid for the product. However, a credit will only be issued where the product is unable to be repaired and the manufacturer or supplier has issued us with a credit.
Any product returned that was part of a specially priced bulk order will be credited at the originally charged rate and the balance of the order may be adjusted to usual price.
The cost of shipping or returning any products shall lie with you. Any credits issued will be for the product returned only; delivery charges on the original order will not be credited.
Returns will be processed as quickly as possible.
