Pumpable Bulk-Fill Levelling Compound

ARDEX K 900 BF is a cement based underlayment for levelling subfloors prior to the application of a floor finish. Designed with a coarse sand aggregate and minimal flow for the easy and efficient installations of thick layers. It can also be used as a fast set mortar when the water mixing ratio is reduced.

Rapid Drying and Curing: Fast-setting formula allows quick installation of floor finishes.
- Drying Time: Can be walked on after approximately 4 hours at 23°C.
High-Flow Formula: Designed for a smooth, level finish with minimal effort and minimal air bubbles.
Suitable for Various Substrates: Ideal for use on concrete, cementitious screeds, and sand/cement floors.
Flexible Application: Can be used in both commercial and residential projects, including large and small areas.
Screed Thickness: Can be applied in layers from 3mm to 90mm thick without the need for reinforcement.
Easy to Mix: Comes in a ready-to-use powdered form that requires only water to mix.
Coverage: A 20kg bag mixed with 3 litres of water covers approximately 1m² at 10mm thickness.
Moisture Tolerant: Can be applied in areas with elevated moisture levels (like basements) when used with the proper Ardex moisture barrier.
Compatibility with Ardex Systems: Works well with other Ardex products for a complete flooring system solution.
