ARDEX AF 143 SE is designed to dry quickly to allow faster installation. When used in the ARDEX System the higher performance formulation is designed for use with smaller notch trowels to increase coverage and speed installation

Specifications
Floor coverings: • Vinyl composition tile
• Underlay and PVC backed carpet tile
Substrates: • Hardboard underlayment board approved to AS2458
• Cementitious underlayment and concrete with less than 5.5% moisture content or 70% RH
Location: Replaceable Internal Application
Set up time: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes
Working Time: Approximately 24 hours
Coverage: • System ARDEX – Tile : On primed ARDEX Ardurapid TM self levelling smoothing compounds using 0.8X1.6X2.0 u-notch trowel approx. 7.5m2 per litre
• Other : Using 1.6 X 1.6 X 1.6mm v-notch trowels approximately 5m2 per litre
Colour: Off white – transparent when dry
- Priming: If required prime porous substrate with ARDEX P51
- Coverage: Using 0.8 x 1.6 x 2.0 mm U-Notch trowel approximately 7.5m2/L
- Non-porous or smooth primed substrates use with caution short to medium nap roller.
- Setup time: Approx. 15 – 25 minutes
- Working time: Approx. 24 hours
- Site variability: Site conditions including porosity, low/ high temperature and humidity will alter coverage, tack, and working time
- Packaging: 15 Litre pail containing 15kg of adhesive
- Removal:
- Wet: Clean with warm soapy water
- Dry: Clean with mineral spirits carefully following warnings on container
- Shelf life: One year from date of manufacture in unopened container stored at 23˚C and 50% relative humidity
