Bona MixandFill is a waterborne gap filler which should be mixed with sanding dust to achieve the appropriate colour and consistency. It can fill joints of up to 2 mm wide and fix other minor defects in wood floors. Use with any of Bona’s lacquers and oils, and on light and dark wood species alike.
- High-solids waterborne binder designed to efficiently fill gaps and cavities on wooden floors
- Mixed with wood dust from the actual floor to be treated which provides a natural colouration that blends with the floor

- Solids content: ~38%
- VOC: max 15 g/lit
- Mixing ratio: 10-15% wood dust to 85-90% binder
- Drying time:
- until subsequent application 15-30 minutes
- until sanding 30-60 minutes
- until finish or oil treatment 1-2 hours
- Application tools: Stainless steel trowel
- Application rate: ~8-12m2/litre depending on size and quantity of gaps.
- Safety Unclassified
- Cleaning: Wipe tools free from residual material before cleaning with minimum of water
- Dried material can be removed mechanically or by scrubbing with water
- Disposal: Wastes and emptied containers should be handled in accordance with local regulations
- Storage/transport: The temperature must not fall below +5°C or exceed +25°C during storage/transport. Reseal the container directly after use.
- Shelf life: 1 year from the date of production, in unopened original container
