STRONGBOND LEVELLING & REPAIR SB032

STRONGBOND LEVELLING & REPAIR SB032 is a fast-drying, fibre-reinforced, dual-purpose compound designed for both floor levelling and localised repairs. Combining the benefits of a self-levelling underlayment with the functionality of a repair mortar, it provides a versatile solution for preparing substrates prior to the installation of a wide range of floor coverings.

The pumpable, self-levelling formulation is easy to mix and apply, with excellent early strength and rapid curing. SB032 can be applied from 1–20mm over concrete when used neat, or from over 20mm up to 80mm when bulked 1:1 by weight with clean, washed 3–6mm pea metal aggregate. It can also be applied at 3–10mm over approved structural flooring-grade plywood or OSB.

SB032 is suitable for internal applications over concrete, lightweight concrete (subject to suitability), structural flooring-grade plywood and OSB. It can be used to prepare substrates for resilient flooring, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, carpet, laminate, timber and parquet flooring, ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone and low-build epoxy roll-coats.

Fast drying and curing, SB032 is walkable in approximately 2 hours, ready for ceramic tiles after approximately 4 hours, resilient floor coverings after approximately 16 hours, and timber or parquet flooring after approximately 72 hours, depending on site conditions.
