STRONGBOND PREMIUM SELF-LEVELLING SB236

STRONGBOND PREMIUM SELF-LEVELLING SB236 is a fast-drying, high-flow, cement-based self-levelling underlayment designed for efficiently smoothing and levelling floors prior to the installation of a wide range of floor coverings.

SB236 provides a high-strength, easy-to-install solution with a shrinkage-compensated formulation. It can be applied from 1–40mm over concrete in a single pour and from 3–10mm over approved structural flooring-grade plywood or OSB.

The pumpable, self-levelling formulation is easy to mix and apply, making it suitable for commercial and general substrate preparation. SB236 can be used over concrete, lightweight concrete (subject to suitability), structural flooring-grade plywood and OSB, and is suited to underfloor-heating applications.

Suitable floor coverings include resilient flooring, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, carpet, laminate, timber and parquet flooring, ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone and low-build epoxy roll-coats.

SB236 is walkable in approximately 2 hours, ready to receive ceramic tiles after approximately 4 hours, resilient floor coverings after approximately 16 hours, and timber or parquet flooring after approximately 72 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and application thickness.
